The work plan of the Ipolymente- Börzsöny Natúrpark Association in 2008

1. Professional development
· Organising a study trip to the Vértes Natúrpark in order to gain experience (May 2008).
· Participating in the works of the Magyar Natúrpark Association (continuous).
· Completing the marketing plan of the Natúrpark (between April and July 2008).
· Preparing a megvalósíthatósági study on an area information office and its business plan (from June 2008 continuously).
2. Developing the information flow
· Developing the Internet appearance of the Natúrpark (from January 2008 continuously).
· Operating and e-mail list (continuous).
3. Appearance, promotion
· Developing the Internet appearance of the Natúrpark (from January 2008 continuously).
· Composing and distributing promotional materials of the Natúrpark (e.g. leaflets, signs of towns along roads), and making them appear in local programs, furthermore, in professional national programs (from January 2008 continuously).
· Appearing on the Utazás 2008 Exhibition (organised by the ENECO Ltd.) as a partner and co-exhibitor of the Dunakanyar- Ipolymente- Börzsöny Turisztikai és Vendéglátó Network. (January and February 2008).
· Organising a 3-day-long program in the Natúrpark for the Turisztika és Gasztronómia Department of the Magyar Újságírók Országos Szövetsége (from January to June 2008).
4. Programs
· Assisting in the programs of the members of the association and aiding their appearance in them (from January 2008 continuously).
· Organising the Natúrpark Day as a local program (from April to May 2008).
5. Interest enforcement
· Participating in the works of the local country developing workgroup, there manifesting and enforcing the interests of the Natúrpark Association (from January 2008 continuously).
· Initiating negotiations with the biggest forestry, namely the Ipoly Erdı Zrt on the conditions of the tame tourism (from January 2008 continously).
6. Ensuring the general operation
· Raising the operational expenses, writing applications (from January 2008 continuously).
· Developing the mechanical and human resources of the association (from January 2008 continuously).
7. Co-operating with other local organisations
· Dunakanyar- Ipoly mente- Börzsöny Turisztikai és Vendéglátó Network (from January 2008 continuously).
· The Többcélú Társulás of the Local Government of Szobi Kistérség (from January 2008 continuously).
8. Other duties proposed by the Presidency (from January 2008 continuously).
